Josh has more than 10 years’ experience in the recruitment sector. Throughout that time, he’s been responsible for building and leading several successful teams. He was an Operational Director at a FTSE 250 recruiter and consistently a top performer, before spotting a gap in the market and an opportunity to create a property specialist.  Predominantly focused on the property, construction and accountancy sectors throughout his career, Josh is a passionate believer in a customer-first approach.

Director - Facilities Management & Maintenance 


With responsibility for leading Joshua Robert’s FM and Maintenance team, Cameron has several years’ experience operating as a top performer at a senior level within one of the largest recruiters in the UK. With an extensive network, Cam is passionate about providing a consultative approach to his clients, using his deep understanding of the market and extensive contact list.

Tom Gehriger 

Director - Construction


Tom leads our Construction division with 10 years industry and recruitment experience. An LLB Law graduate, he has a particular passion for Contract Law within the Construction industry. Previous experience includes developing and leading teams within a FTSE 250 Recruiter, whilst managing major Civil and Housing contractor accounts. Through this he has been able to build an enviable and extensive network. Tom adopts a consultative approach, he strongly believes by operating with integrity and transparency whilst utilising his industry knowledge he can ensure he creates mutual benefit for his candidates and clients alike.

James Willis

Manager - Rural & Residential Surveying


James leads our Rural & Residential Surveying department. As an experienced recruiter with over 10 years experience, he has supplied candidates to hundreds of organisations across the UK. James has vast experience and an excellent network. Tasked with developing our Rural & Residential offering, James is focused on building strong and mutually rewarding relationships within the market, whilst focusing on attracting the highest calibre talent.  

Donna Banks

Manager - Architecture, Planning & Design


A Leeds University graduate with a wealth of experience in the recruitment sector spanning over 5 years. With a specialist focus covering both temporary and permanent assignments, Donna has spent several years recruiting across various sectors before opting to join the team at JRR. Tasked with leading our Architecture, Planning & Design offering across the Private, Not-For-Profit and Public Sector, Donna's passion, knowledge and commitment to delivering a fantastic service makes her the ideal person to spearhead our  team.
