A well-established client-side organisation with a strong foothold in the Midlands and wider UK. The organisation has a significant retail-based portfolio and is seeking a motivated Regional Facilities Manager to manage it through a period of growth.

The role will be predominately managing service suppliers and ensuring correct PPM, reactive maintenance and cleaning works are carried out. The successful candidate will be joining the business through a period of acquisitions and will be tasked with driving the performance of the suppliers and improving the facility. You will work closely with the Asset Managers to ensure maintenance and cleaning issues of both commercial and residential tenants are to an excellent standard.

The role will suit a Facilities Manager with significant amount of experience within multi-site management and external contractor management. The role is looking after a largely retail portfolio; however, the client is open to considering applications from all industry backgrounds.
