£50,000 + benefits
One of the UKs largest food and beverage retailers with a muti £B turnover, the organisation have won multiple awards within the retail sector and are looking to supplement their existing team with a lead Facilities Manager in their London HQ.
Responsible for the total facilities management function of the HQ and local sites, you will provide external hard service supplier management and be responsible for a small internal kitchen / helpdesk team. You will work closely with key stakeholders to support FM requirements and propose cost effective solutions. You will also lead facilities related project management, ensuring all H&S regulations are followed. Along with leading the FM operation, you will also oversee commercial and residential leases.
You will have multisite FM experience and come from a similar client side, retail background. Ideally you will have a good knowledge of current H&S legislation, possessing an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification and have basic property management knowledge.
You will be commercially focused with a strong leadership style and clear decision-making abilities.
