A leading West Midlands property organisation with a significant portfolio of assets across the area. This growing business is responsible for a commercial portfolio of over 1000 assets and is one of the largest client side employers in the region. Due to a significant period of growth and change within the business, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Estates Manager to their established property team.
The role will be responsible for leading the management of the estate and acting as the principal point of contact for estates matters. You will lead and manage the performance of a team of surveyors, providing clear leadership and direction in all estate management activity. Working with the Property Director and SLT you will will lead on all levels of property planning and management, identifying opportunities and preparing and monitoring budgets.
To be considered you will need to have full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS or FRICS qualified) and substantial experience of working within a relevant estates management environment. Ideally you’ll have experience of managing a small team, or have the ambition to step on this level of role.
