We are working on behalf of a well-known and reputable property management company who are recruiting for a Residential / Block Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties across Central and East London.
The business has grown in recent years and have a portfolio of 650 properties across the Central and Eastern London areas, this portfolio is a mix of residential apartment blocks and estate scheme developments, for the most part, these are RMC properties.
The duties of the role will include the day to day management and the financial well-being of the property portfolio and will see you take a lead on all client / resident liaison (including resident meetings and clients meetings) you will oversee the repairs element of the portfolio, instructing contractors accordingly and keeping an accurate record of all works undertaken, you will also arrange for planned preventative maintenance, along with full responsibility for service charge budgeting and reporting, as well as regular meetings with key internal and external stakeholders.
As such, you will be MIRPM qualified and have past experience in managing a mixed property portfolio, ideally form 3* to 5* standards, you will have worked for a major provider within a similar market and have experience in maintenance, CAPEX plans and major works.
In return, you will receive an attractive bases salary of £43,000 per annum and generous package including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, you will work within a market leader who offers real progression opportunities and a business who actively seek to promote from within.
