Joshua Robert are representing a national construction consultancy enjoying exponential year on year growth. They have identified their Birmingham office as a key growth opportunity and have saw their Project Management team grow from 2 to 10 heads over the past 5 years.

Their Project Management Partner has attributed this impressive growth to having a clear sustainable business development plan, upskilling and development of junior project managers and diversity in the sectors they operate in.

Their Birmingham office work on schemes up to the value of £300 million, across Education, Commercial, Residential, Aviation & Special Projects such as Formula 1.

The client invests heavily in to their junior employees to develop them in to running projects autonomously and can provide full APC support with in house assessors and funding for university courses.

Duties

Assisting with the day to day delivery of projects
Producing reports in relation to each stage of a project
Client meetings and progress reports
Assisting with conducting feasibility studies, site surveys, site evaluation etc.
Liaising with clients on any deviations from budget, specification etc.
Taking responsibility for all aspects of the project; liaising with the client at all stages
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years post graduate experience within a consultancy environment and operated within the built sector.
