The Company
We are excited to be recruiting for a leading property company in the West Midlands. Due to success within the current commercial business, this ambitious and forward-looking organisation is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to start and grow the residential side of the business, building on existing relationships and clients.
 
The Role
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a passionate Lettings Manager to start and run their own business, with the support and backing of the highly successful and motivated Directors.
This role will include all aspects of Lettings Management including, valuations, building relationships by liaising with potential landlords and tenants, growing the division through providing exceptional levels of service and ensuring the company is presented in the best possible light.
Due to the highly regarded reputation of the commercial business, there will be an existing client base from day one, rearing to experience the same level of service they receive from the company with their other endeavours.
 
The Candidate
 The Lettings Manager will have previous experience of conducting valuations and will be confident managing all day to day aspects of the running of the lettings office. You will naturally and easily be able to build strong and lasting relationships. You will be hardworking, enthusiastic, reliable and approachable. You must be a good communicator, willing to learn and able to win business using a persuasive and professional approach.
