The Company

We are excited to be working exclusively with a leading property company in the West Midlands. Due to success within the current commercial business, this ambitious and forward-looking organisation is seeking an experienced Residential Sales Manager to start and grow the residential side of the business, building on existing relationships and clients.

The Role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a passionate Residential Sales Manager to start and run their own business, with the support and backing of the highly successful and motivated Directors.
The individual will be an instrumental appointment and above all else a natural desire to succeed, passion for the industry and a self starter attitude is needed coupled with the ability to think outside of the box and generate new, innovative ideas to build business.
Due to the highly regarded reputation of the commercial business, there will be an existing client base from day one, rearing to experience the same level of service they receive from the company with their other endeavours.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate Residential Sales Manager or Valuer eager to join a fantastic local brand.

The Candidate

The successful individual will ideally be experienced in managing a branch within the local area. They will also have in depth local knowledge and experience of how the market is performing, alongside excellent managerial skills.
They will also naturally and easily be able to build strong and lasting relationships. They will be a hardworking, enthusiastic, reliable and approachable induvial and must be a good communicator, willing to learn and able to win business using a persuasive and professional approach.
