Opportunity to join a well-respected commercial property consultancy who offer in depth knowledge of the local market conditions across Shropshire and the West Midlands together with Mid Wales and Staffordshire. The practice have a fantastic reputation and act on behalf of a variety of clients over a large geographical area, with client-lead work taking them around the country.

These include Asset Management, Agency, Landlord and Tenant, Investment, Valuation and Professional Services, Rating and Compensation Advice, Dilapidations and Property Management. The L&T Surveyor will be advising on landlord and tenant arrangements across areas including leases, lease renewal, rent review, dilapidations, easements, service charges and disputes.
With offices across Shropshire and the West Midlands, the office base can be flexible. This role would ideally suit an individual seeking differing career objectives, including those aspiring to equity share.
The L&T Surveyor will be a pro-active and hard-working Commercial Property professional with a proven track record and will demonstrate the ability to provide the highest levels of customer service.
