The Company

We are excited to be recruiting for a leading property company in the West Midlands. Due to a period of significant growth, this ambitious and forward-looking organisation is seeking a Director of Valuation to join their highly successful Commercial Valuation department.

 

The Role
 
The Director of Commercial Property Valuation will be involved in Secured Lending Valuations, Landlord & Tenant Negotiations, Valuations and Office / Industrial acquisitions and disposals on a local, regional and national level for a varied range of clients from private individuals to national and international corporate companies.

The Director of Commercial Property Valuation will be required to manage client relationships, provide fee quotes, manage their work to meet deadlines and work as part of a team. There is a very strong workstream of Valuation work, however this is a great opportunity to grow this side of the business and build a team around you.

 

Desired Skills

The Commercial Valuations Surveyor will ideally be a RICS qualified Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience. You will be a proactive and hard-working Commercial Property professional with a proven track record and will demonstrate the ability to provide the highest levels of customer service.

Experience of office valuation, retail, industrial property, commercial and residential development land and advising and negotiating on business rates assessments would be highly desirable, along with membership to the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.
