Joshua Robert are representing a specialist Façade sub-contractor who boast an enviable portfolio of flagship projects up to £18 million, which is testament to their position as market leaders in this field.

The business is the UK agency to an international parent company who are a unities curtain wall specialist sub-contractor. Part of the remit of this role will include travel to France to present P&L and project financials directly to the owners.

This is an exciting time for the business as they future proof and implement procedures for succession planning and a robust growth strategy.

Due to an internal promotion they are now seeking to appoint a Lead Quantity Surveyor within the business. You will be tasked with managing all commercial operations

• Commercial delivery of multiple projects
• Implementing policies and procedures to maximise profitability of contracts
• Close liaison with Design & Operational teams
• Mentoring of junior Quantity Surveyors
• Negotiating sub-contract terms
• Preparation of cash flow
• Applications for payment
• Pricing variation change
• Internal engagement with board, project financial reporting
